I haven't received my order yet!!!

Hello
I haven't received my order yet!!!

Good product / No refunds

The front LED badge looks fantastic. Fairly easy to install with a fusetap. So why did I ask for a refund? I have a 2014 Model S which used to have a nose cone. Sometime ago I upgraded to a fascia front bumper refresh. During install of the front badge, I discovered it would not fit on my aftermarket bumper. Certainly not their fault, but they should honor a refund as stated on their website. Now I'm stuck with a perfectly good front LED badge that won't fit (see photo, they have different screw placement,
and very different sized backing.

On a side note, 5 stars for the rear badge which turned out fantastic.

Amazing Customer Service

I order the blue front LED badge. The first one I received had a manufacturing defect; however, Support helped me every step along the way, replied to emails promptly, and sent out a replacement. It looks great. Thanks!!!

Tesla Emblem Installation Issues

Installed on a 2017 Tesla Model S P100D. I have never received a product with almost nothing you need to complete it with not even instructions. I had to keep going to the auto store so many times to get parts I almost gave up because it’s not a lot of videos out there to tell you how to install the emblem and you can install it to different areas on the car. You can attach it to the head lights, fog lights, daytime running lights and even the fuse box. All require different things to make it work. Example- if you want to run it to headlights you have to tap into the headlights wiring (fyi- you will have to look up the headlight wiring diagram to make sure you connecting it to the right wire) and wire splicer or connector for that wire (not included so another store trip) and even find a ground terminal or you can use one of the 10mm bolt screws that’s on the car. I did that only to find out afterwards the head light you connected it to and the emblem will stay on continuously all the time. I cut my car completely off and both the driver side headlight and emblem stayed on but the passenger headlight was off. Not a good look at all.

So next option was the fuse box because the option for the fog lights and daytime running lights require you removing the front bumper completely which is an entirely different situation to tackle on its on. So once again with no instructions I had to Google the fuse box diagram for my car to make sure I was connected it to the right fuse. After a trip back from the store again for extra wiring and a fuse connector that will allow you to connect the wiring to the fuse and still plug the fuse in. The fuse connector slots were to big or spread out to far it was for a regular fuse not the smaller mini fuses that Tesla uses. I recommend connecting it to the head lights fuse so when your headlights come on the emblem will also come on and not be on continuously on all the time. Also when reassembly you will have to have a very very small socket set with a T-25 bit if your car don’t have enough clearance or space when you try to remove the original emblem. The two T-25 screws on top are easy to remove it’s the one that behind the emblem that’s the problem.

The emblem lights up very bright and I think it makes my ride look better and more appealing as well. I just think you all need to do an updated YouTube video on how to install the product and also send out instructions. I can see if this was a cheap item but it’s not it’s $89.99 plus shipping and taxes for an emblem.
