If you experience any issues with our products within the warranty window, please contact us and we'll take care of it. Please provide your original order number, and your shipping address if it's changed. We send you a replacement without returns for most occasions.
For international orders, we are also happy to accept returns, but as there's no automated way for us to generate a return label, the return shipping responsibility is yours.
