Shipping

We nearly always ship orders within 2 business day. We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. 

Your order will ship via DHL  WW Express / FedEx / EMS (only for areas with clearance issue),taking around 5 -15 days to deliver to almost any address.

All orders ship with a tracking number, you'll receive a link when your order is ready for collection by the carrier.

Customs and taxes

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. 

In order to comply with international laws, we cannot mark shipments as 'gifts' or 'samples' to bypass customs fees (besides, that rarely works anyway).  

We do however manage the price of the items to minimize your cost.Typically the declared value is around 25% of the invoice cost. Most countries have an allowance of at least USD 25 before duty is charged, so the vast majority of orders are not subject to additional fees.

Whilst we cannot be responsible for any fees, we do our best to keep them low for you.
